Floor Trader of Lake County offers a 60-day return policy on eligible purchases. Please review the terms and conditions below, along with the list of items that are not returnable.
Terms & Conditions
• A copy of the original sales receipt is required for all returns.
• Items must be sealed, in their original packaging, and returned undamaged.
• Returns must be made within 60 days of the purchase date.
• Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
• Purchases made with cash will be refunded by check.
• Returns after 60 days may be considered at the company’s discretion and, if approved, will incur a 20% restocking fee.
